LIGHTING: Hammers, Torches, and Frogspawn (Euphyllia sp.) do not typically require as much light as some other corals. Hammers may extend more readily under lower lighting, however it may display more attractive colors when placed under stronger lighting. Use your judgment and watch your coral. It will tell you if they are not happy where they are placed.

Low Light translates as 30-50 PAR (Typically the sand bed)

Medium Lights translates as 50-150 PAR (Typically medium height in the rock work)

High Light translates as anything over 150 PAR (Typically high height in the rock work)

FLOW: Moderate to High flow is both healthy for the coral and aesthetically pleasing.
